At Centurion Gate Motors By Lehumo (PTY) LTD, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund, credit, or repair/replacement under the following conditions:

General Conditions

  1. All transactions and sales are governed by our standard terms and conditions.
  2. Returns and refunds are subject to our terms of sale and are limited to carry-in service.
  3. To process any exchange, credit, or refund, the original invoice must be presented.
  4. Inform us of your intention to return a product within 10 days of receipt via email at returns@centurion-gatemotors.co.za.
  5. Returns submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
  6. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Products that are repackaged may incur a handling fee of up to 10%, depending on the circumstances.
  7. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We are not liable for goods lost in transit.
  8. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after six months from the date of purchase.

Refund, Exchange, and Credit

  1. Electronic goods will be tested before any exchange, credit, or refund is issued.
  2. Refunds are subject to an inspection of the item(s). Items may need to be sent to the supplier for evaluation, which can take up to 15 working days. Once approved, refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
  3. For returns due to a change of mind, a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price will be applied. Additionally, transaction fees incurred by the payment gateway (typically 3% of the purchase price) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Specific Conditions for Online Purchases

  1. If a product is damaged on delivery or missing parts, notify us within 10 days. Report issues via telephone at 010 123 4567, on our website under Order History, or by email at returns@centurion-gatemotors.co.za.
  2. For defective goods, notify us within 10 days of receipt. The product may be repaired or replaced based on evaluation.
  3. Unwanted or incorrectly purchased products can be returned within 10 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or refund. Goods must be in original packaging, without visible wear and tear, and in resaleable condition. Please note that:
    • A restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price will apply.
    • Transaction fees incurred by the payment gateway (3% of the purchase price) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional Information

  1. We do not reimburse return shipping fees. However, we will cover the cost if the item is subject to replacement within six months of purchase.
  2. Disputes regarding short or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within three days of delivery.
  3. For hygiene purposes, returns for apparel that has been worn, stained, frayed, or shows signs of use are not accepted. Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items upon receipt.
